Too much sensitivity in penis...

Good day, I would like to as about penis problems, I am having difficulties with my penis for it is too sensitive. This started after I got circumcised. To be more specific its very sensitive in the glans penis area especially around the glans penis or the corona part. Sensitive enough that I feel minor pain whenever it is touched. I am already circumcised. I wanted to ask why is this happening? I fear that It would affect my sex life.
Plus, every time I try ejaculating, I dont experience orgasm. Semen simply wont come out of my penis.
