Treatment of undeveloped male sexual organ

Sir,
    I have a son aged 13 yrs, who has undeveloped sexual organs both penis and testicles.During his childhood till 5-6 yrs he had normal size of his age but as he grew older, the sexual organs seems to be undeveloped as it should be of his age.However he is in good health mentally and physically sound.Can it be treated to gain normal grow in her puberty age? If yes, where should I approach? Which Doctor should I approach? I am from west Bengal Darjeeling.

penis size increases to 17 years of age normally.  if it is not developing it could be treated at his age or may be doctor recommend to wait but you can consult and good urologist in your area. it could be the problem because of less blood flow or any blockage of blood flow in erectile tissues or in any one of other 3 main chambers of penis so it could be treated. just go to a good urologist as soon as you can :)

In the US, because of the food we eat containing human growth hormones, children mature at very young age.  I saw where a 10 year child had a baby and males having to shave at 8 years old with voice getting lower. I have a friend from Nigeria and Nigeria will not allow US meats into their country.  Typically the girls start "Maturing" at 15 to 16 years of age and the same is true with the males.
