Trouble Urinating After Circumcision

I just got circumcised yesterday due to phimosis (tight foreskin) that was causing major sex issues with my wife.

The surgery seemed to go fine. I got home and everything was good. Until late last night.

I started having issues urinating. It wasn't coming out right away and it was going in 3 directions. I have read this as a common issue following circumcision so I fluffed it off. However, over the night a solid white covering has formed over my urethra hole. Now when I urinate it either doesn't come out or forces its way out with lots of pain and now some bleeding. Gonna go into the doc tomorrow I think, but anyone been through this that could give some help.

Thanks.

Even though I'm quite late, I'm sure my answer will help someone, somewhere.

I was circumcised exactly a week ago and since then, I was peeing in two streams and I felt a lot of pressure and even pain.
Today tried to pee, but nothing came out, all I felt was great pain, and it didn't stop for a while. But still - nothing came out.
Now what I've done is:
First I smeared some Vaseline on the top of the head, where the hole is. I was told by the doctor that I should use Vaseline for a while after the operation. (It was related to the infected skin) I waited like that for a few minutes, then I dipped the head in warm water for no longer than a minute. Just make sure the water isn't too hot.
Right after I did these 2 things, everything was better. I felt a little tension while I was peeing, but it was only in the beginning, afterwards everything was better!

Just an update. I was actually able to take the white covering off (I believe it was dead skin). I dipped the tip of my penis into warm water and let it sit for a little while. A piece of the white sin started to hang loose and I was able to pull it off.

Problem now is I think it is coming back and the trouble and pain of urinating isn't going away.

When is it alright to take the bandage off? Its been 48 hours for me. I believe that the tight bandage is causing the urinating and major swelling issues.
