Lately I've noticed a little discomfort when I pee. Also, as the days have passed I've been getting very fatigued. I guess its a UTI but why am I so dizzy today? I took an AZO UTI test and it said positive for leukocytes (but just bearly) and negative for nitrite. I'm getting a little scared and anxious. The fatigue and discomfort is normal for a UTI but this is the first time I've experienced dizziness. Maybe I left it alone for too long? Could this be the symptom of something else? Maybe an ear infection? (my left ear HAS been hurting lately)
Answers? Guesses? I'm a little scared from the dizziness and any thoughts would greatly be appreciated.
