UTI following up

I am 26 years old male. I have had unprotected oral and anal sex with my partner 1 month ago which i realized after that my partner had sour throat during the time we had sex. anyway after that i experienced a sever burning sensation while urinating so i went to a urologist and he asked me to make a Urethral discharge culture and sensitivity since i had that time also traces of pus discharge.
the results came and the culture only had a Staphlococcus Aureus
Sensitive to:
Lomefolxacin, Ofloxacin, Levofloxacin, Ciprofloxacin, Imipenem, Tobramycin, Sulpha-Trimethoprim, Peperacillin Tazibactam, Zinnat, Gentamycin, Maxipime, Rifampicin, Nitrofurantoin and Sulbactam - Ampicillin
Intermediate to:
Clarthromycin
Resistant to:
Augmentin, Tetracycline, Cefotaxim, Oxolinic-Acid, Ceftazidime, Vancomycin, Cefriaxone, Ampicillin, Azithromycin, Piperacillin, Erythromycin and Azactam
the doctor gave me Doxycicline Hydrochloride 100 mg per day and i have been administrated to it starting it by 200 mg the first day and every 24 hour 100 mg for 10 days.
on the fourth day the doctor gave me Azithromycine dihydrate 1000 mg to be taken as a single dose.
and it went fine and the burning started to fade away and i couldn't see any puss after that.
however after i finished all those mentioned above antibiotics i started to have a horrible itchy feeling inside the tract and specially in the urethral whole whenever i tried to urinate and in the anal itself too also i had a wired tingling sensation in my legs and itchy feeling around the testicles. so according to my culture data i decided to buy Ciprofloxacin 500 mg and take it every 24 hours.is this a good decision? i mean specially after taking 2 types of antibiotics am worried to generate a new strain resistant to this antibiotic. so should i start to take this antibiotic in \order to solve this itching sensation?
for the record i don't have any other STD whatsoever, but i believe the doctor was not professional enough to give me theses 1st mentioned two types of antibiotics.
