Unusual Testicle Pain

Where to start,I'm 40, Ok  A few months back I had an encounter with a woman [a few encounters] who later told me she had HPV High risk non cancerous,no intercourse took place but contact did.Soon after I had burning in the penis track and then pain in the left testicle,went and saw a urologist and when I had told him what had happened,he said there is no way I could have contacted anything despite the long term developement history I had heard,  with what I had told him and the pains had nothing to do with that and after a week of an antibiotic and bextra as an inflamatory,the urine track burning cleared,but the testicle pain has remained.He tried a few shots in the groin area and recently had me on Neurontin,claiming its an irritated nerve around the sperm cord.. Nothing was working,and the pain is'nt constant but usually irritated by bumping or somtimes sitting,or stretching of the testacles,went to another urologist who gave me an ultrasound,and said it was worry and all was fine,went to another urologist and he said it was a Spermocile,it is painful there by the way,but not constant,the other urologist noticed it was there but thought nothing of it,it is small and present.I asked him if it was epididymitis and he could'nt answer it,but said it may be a form of it,maybe just a cist and recommended an inflamtory,I realized that constant examining on my part was'nt helping with the pain either,hav'nt done it in several days and am knowticing improvement,until I was sitting in my chair tonight and the pain started returning [left testacle]sure is a stubborn thing,flat chairs seem to irritate it less than supportive chairs [low in the back and high in the front].,am beginning to think they are two different things, Spermacile [and]or irritated nerve across bottom,was wearing an athletic supported for a while to keep the jewels out of harms way,they all cleared me of cancer,and say the possible HPV would have nothing to do with this.Been three months now,it all looks great [skin],and by the way my left testicle is lower than the right which means it makes more contact with chairs etc.   hmmm..

I am assuming that all the standard tests for infection - urine test, digital rectal exam, prostatic (transrectal) and scrotal ultrasound - all were negative and that antibiotics have already been tried.  If this is not the case, you may want to discuss this with your urologists.

If the pain is indeed caused by the spermatocele, then surgery to correct the lesion can be considered.  If not, a cystoscopy can be considered to evaluate for any anatomical abnormalities (i.e. a polyp or urethral stricture), that may be causing your symptoms.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.

  My husband has been having testicle pain for over 4-5 years. The pain is sometimes mild and sometimes is excruciating. His scrotum looks like it has an extra right testicle.So we thought it might be a cyst. He finally decided to go to the doctor a month ago. He went to the family doctor and he prescribed some antibiotics (Cipro) but that didn't help so he had to go back and the doctor prescribed a different one and he also sent him to do an ultrasound. When the results came back the doctor said he has a hydrocile and he has to go to an urologist. So today he went to a specialist who told him he has a spermicile. He said the surgery is to risky especially if we want to have kids and that he should try to live with it (if it's not to painfull offcourse) and that he would also prescribe some painkillers. I would really apreciate if you can tell me your opinion in this matter.
