I'm 29 and otherwise healthy, though I've recently been having the urge to urinate, but when I try to go, it turns out that I don't need to - very little or no urine comes out. This feeling only ever happens at night -- during the day I feel fine.
I've had UTI's before and the feeling is similar - the urge to urinate with pressure near my bladder. There is never any kidney pain.
Since UTI's don't just go away during the day (they just continue to get worse), I'm wondering if anyone has had anything like this before, or knows what it might be?
