MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The urine report is positive for bacteria and protein which is due to urinary tract infection and proteinuria. Urinary tract (which consists of the kidneys, ureters, bladder, and the urethra) infections are very common in young. Symptoms of UTI are frequent urination, burning sensation during urination, passing of blood in urine and even fever. The most common causes of repeated UTIs are kidney stones and diabetes mellitus.

Get a urine culture, serum creatinine and an ultrasound kidneys to confirm the diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

If you are like me, you can feel the infection before much shows up on the specimen.  But the next day I have it checked again, and then the numbers have climbed where they can detect an infection.  You can take Azo-Standard or Pyridium for the discomfort.  I take cranberry pills also, and it lowers my pH enough to overcome the infection lots of times.
