Urinary Bladder/Well Distended

Hello,

My father who is 73 years old had an Ultrasonography of the kidney and  urinary bladder and is POST-TURP.

There is a phrase in the report which reads, "urinary bladder is well distended
and appears normal".  How serious is to have a urinary bladder that is well-distended?

Everything else related to the Urinary bladder, prostate(18 grams) and kidneys (R -8.9 cm, L - 8.8 cm) is mentioned as normal.

Thanks a lot!!
