Urine Dipstick positive with blood
I have +ive dipstick with blood intermittently from ~3 months, U&Es are normal, Microscopy Nil, Albumin/Creatinine ration normal.
Symptoms wise I did develop fatigue, dry eyes, right eyelid droop and occasionally right eye ball sever pain with frontal side ache.
I was seen by neurologist, MR brain & chest xray fine, CRP/ESR normal, ANCA/ANA normal, diagnosed as possible cervical neuralgia but I don't agree with this, my gut feeling is, there is some other cause of my symptoms especially why dipstick blood +ive, I am not on any regular medication only had oral vit D replacement recently and take PRN paracetamol.

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possible causes of positive test include renal dysfunction, muscle breakdown, GU infections, inflammations, trauma, erosions, ulcers, calculi etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician or a urologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
