Urine frequency

Hello! I am having too much high frequency.. I go nearly 30 times a day to toilet.At worse 40 times sometimes if i drink too much water or other drinks especially cold drinks and juice so i have stopped drinking them a long time ago. I have constant feeling of pressure in the bladder.. Just horrible pressure.. I have only one thought the whole day that i need to pee.. Every second.. The urge become high when i drink something. I have been to many doctors but they are unable to diagnose my disease since everything is normal cultures other cultures also , cystoscopy, urodynamics and mri.. Doctoters say that it's due to stress but i dont take any stress but now i am really in stress since i am suffering from it since last 4 years doc gave me to try tryptomer and atarax but it didnt helped me i got sleep for 2-3 days then my urge became totally horrible.. The muscles becomes too tight due to high urgency..i had to go around 50 to 60 times at that day. Also tried overactive bladder medicines but it trigers my urine flow .. Pressure never goes becomes more problem i have pain sometimes very less u can say once or twice in a month around my pelvic region. I have started feeling pain after my urodynamics before it i had no pain. Have pain mostly when i control too much or after long sleep. Doctors said that it can be interstitial cystitis but cystopan didnt worked ..just got relief for 3 days..tried two months.. So after it they said it' s all in my mind. And gave me stress medicines..which i mentioned they didnt worked.
Sometimes doctors dont believe me.. Very sad...very depressed wanna die if no cure.. I dont take any kind of drink and i dont eat junk food..very rarely..just nothing worked no diet ... No schedule timing..worked.. Just pressure .. Need to pee all the time eveey second ...i have lost my all concentration
