Urine splits & Sprays everytime | Pain in pelvic region| mild flank pain

I am 24 year old male, come across following symptoms past one and a half month

1) My urine stream splits and sometimes sprays around.
2) Mild, Really mild Burning sensation after I urinate
3) Mild flank pain(LOIN pain) which keeps appearing /disappearing with times
4) If I sit for long time , there is a mild pain in the area(very less area) just above penis (not sure what exactly can I call it as ,may be pelvic)

These were initial symptoms , I consulted a local near by doctor , she advised me try a course of antibiotic-NITROFURANTIN for a week
I took as per the doctor's prescription , My symptoms didnt get dissipated at all.

before I could complete above course I consulted a senior most super specialist-Urologist , he asked me to take Ultrasound , Urine dip stick adn urine culture
while I was still on antibiotics.
The dipstick returned completely normal, Urine culture returned negative and REAL TIME ultrasound sonography of ABDOMEN and PELVIS returned
almost normal with following Impressions
URNINARY BLADDER WALL MILDLY THICKENED
NO SIGNIFICANT ABNORMALITIES SEEN
the urologist said I am normal and he advised me to take paracetamol for pain killer, this didnt satisfy me , I consulted another urologist of same hospital
who asked me to take uroflowmetry , the test said I am almost normal , But doctor also said that I am having an infection assocaited with prostate
(however the ultasound said that my prostate size was pretty normal), He advised me to take prulifloxacin 600mg (RULIZO- FROM RANNBAXY) for 21 days
Also he asked me to lose 10kg of weight( I was 95kg), He advised me to have sex atleast 3 times in a week and drink plenty of fluids

I took the tablets for about 20 days , NO SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT seen , although , one symptom got dissipated( I felt I am going to pee a lot , but actually I didnt)
Please guide me what to do now.
NO FEVER, NO CHILLS , NO BLOOD IN URINE/ SEMEN, NO DISCHARGE, NO STINGING FEELING !
Also recently I have completed the 6 month course of pulmonary tuberculosis
