Urithral Discharge

I've been having a clear odorless discharge from my urithra, only when I sit down an go #2 do I notice it. But last night I ran my finger from base to tip on my urithra while checking out the discharge, and a cloudy lumpy substance came out. That was a little wierd. You think it's related to a yeast/fungal issue since I have "jock itch"? It should be noted that I was prescribed three rounds of antibotics for and itch in my urithra starting in October thru December. I'm using Tinactin powder spray but still feel rashy. All this time, nobody can tell me for sure that I have yeast/fungal or anything definitive at all...

Well, all seems well on the inside. No more irritation in the urethra. I do still get a hint of jock itch as the day goes on and the skin on my bottom still sometimes feels crawly, comes and goes. 2 days a go I noticed an itchy rasht spot on my inner thigh, smal patch the size of a silver dollar. It seems to be subsiding now but this is the second time it's come and gone in the past 3 months. I've tried several types of creams and powders nothing really cures it. Using Lamasil now...

Besides the jock itch, I feel like the skin around my anus is sometimes crawling, tingling, or itchy, maybe wet but when I feel it, it's not. I have had three series of STD/STI test and tested negetive for everything including a blood test for HIV, Herpies 1&2, Hepetitis, ect. I'm currently being treated by a Urologist P.A. with Alfuzosin and Uroblue? some medicine that turns my urine blue-ish.  This is for an irritation in the urethra and sometimes at the tip. She prescribed these because the antibiotics I took didn't help.  The irritation is improved tramendously, but now I still have the craling itchy butt crack. The discharge is hard to explain, it's hard to tell if it's just left ofer urine; though it seems a tiny but thicker. The cloudy lumpy stuff came out twice but 6 weeks apart, the most recent on Feb. 15.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? What other symptoms are present? Urethral discharge may be physiological such as in prostatic secretion or pathological in nature like urethritis. Urethritis can be due to traumatic urethritis  or from infectious causes such as from bacteria, virus or fungal. While fungal infection may be associated with antibiotic use, definite diagnosis is from direct clinical evaluation and examination of the discharge. If it persists, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper diagnosis. Take care and do keep us posted.
