Urology

Hi im 16 and I have been smokin weed nonstop for a year and a half.. And so my left testicle has been starting to hurt for about exactly a week and 2 days, so i went to the hospital as soon as the pain started and they did an ultrasound and what the doctor told me was that they found small stones in my left testicle, I was worried but they send me back home, later the next day i couldn't support the pain again so I went to another hospital and they did an ultrasund as well and also a urine test and they told me the found bacteria in my urine so they gave me antibiotics and I have been taking them and now I have two pills left but my left testilcle still seems saggy and now it hurts again, which it hurts because i was havin sexual intercourse with my girl and i didnt want to cumm because i knew my pain was going to be more painful so I didn't and now my pain in my left testicle is mild but still saggy.. I wanted to know if this is something serious?? is it because i think i have low sperm because i been smoking weed non stop and because i been havin sexual activities every once in a while? i havent smoked for a week But sincerly need help Because i am getting depressed and i am losing the meaning of life......

Did the doctor tell you what they ment by stones on the first ultrasound? Did they say you should check with a urologist? Also, what were the results of the second one. And did the doctor do a physical exam and check out the veins that might be variocele to confirm it? ANd Was there mention of variocele on the ultrasound report?

FYI The antibiotics won't do anything about the sagginess. It only kills the bacteria that may be causing the pain. FOr now  There are things you can try like taking a hot bath and see if that helps the pain go away. Also, start taking ibuprofen or asprin which is an over the counter ant-inflamatory and see if that helps. There is no majic pills that can make variocele any vein problem go away  only if you go to a vein doctor like a interventional radiologist can a doctor fix it. But that requires an operation.

But seriously, if you think you may be developing variocele you should definatly do something proactive now to stop it from getting worse.

First get to a cvs or walmart and test your blood pressure in one of those machines to check if its high .

Obviously the only thing you can do on your part is to do stuff that supports cardiovascular health like quit or cut back on smoking, start exercising  more like running for 30 munuites 3-4 times a week and definatly get on a fiber supplement like metamucel  so your taking a dump everday. And start drinking a glass of welch's purple grape juice. Everything i just mentioned is proven to improve cardiovascular heath and if you do all those things together consistently over a  period of time you should start to see some good results.

And don't assume you have low sperm count when you haven't tested it yet. If your concered find a clinic and have it tested.
