Uteral perforation

Can you please tell me what the symptoms are and the treatment are when an individual has a uteral perforation due to a doctor making a hole in the ureter tube while removing a kidney stone (retrograde pyelogram). Thank you.

Pain, discomfort, urinary leakage, or infection can all be symptoms of a urethral perforation. A ureteroscope can be considered for further evaluation.
If this is the case, treatment would involve stenting or surgery - depending on the size and location of the perforation.
