Vaginal stinging

The last couple of days I've had a burning sensation in my vaginal area, there is no discharge and there is no itch. I also don't have any discomfort in my adomin or hips. What could be going on?

Hi

Burning sensation in the vaginal area is usually caused due to infection (yeast etc) in the region.

Typically patients with vaginitis can present with itching, odor, abnormal discharge etc, but some patients may not have all the symptoms.

You should consult your doctor who can order some investigations after examination for a diagnosis and treatment.

Take care and do write in if you need more information.

Regards
