I'm 23. I did jelqing exercises when I was 18 for about 6 months. I stopped when I got an aching feeling in my right testicle. A large vein appeared on the right side of my penis at the base of the shaft and was more noticeable when I had an erection. I went to a walk in clinic and he said he didn't see or feel anything wrong. However, from reading, I'd say it is a variceole. It doesn't really cause a problem now, but it just feels like there's something in the right side of my scrotum that wasn't there before this happened. If it is a variceole, sack of veins or whatever, should I be concerned?
The other part of the question is that a few months after I stopped jelqing, I developed some purple veins at the surface level on my penis, close to where the large vein appeared. They were small and only noticeable when I was erect when they first showed up, but over the years they have gotten deeper in color and have spread. They were about a 1/4 inch then I first saw them, and now they're about an inch and visible when flacid. What can I do to keep these from spreading more and get rid of them? I tried Vitamin K Cream for varicose veins, but that actually seemed to make it worse. Some veins that got really large when I jelqed have now shrunk and seem unhealthy looking. I don't want the to turn purple like the others. What can I do?

The level of concern would depend on what is causing the symptoms. Most cases of varicocele can be managed conservatively, however there is an association with infertility so younger men may have surgery recommended.
A scrotal ultrasound would be needed to make a more definitive diagnosis.
I am not aware that Vitamin K can help varicose veins. If the veins are superficial, cosmetic laser therapy can be considered if you are thinking about removing them.
However, I would discuss these options with your personal physician or urologist.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
