Varicocele

I had Varicocele corrective surgery 16 weeks ago and my left testicle swelled to at least 5 times its normal size.  Some of the swelling has subsided but the testicle is painful and very sensitive to touch and still 3 times normal size.  I am worried that the right testicle is shrinking since the surgery...Any suggestions?
