Very high WBC count and stone in Ureter

Hi,
I had an intense pain in my abdomen.
A follow up showed a 9.1mm stone in ureter (USG) and very high WBC count (30,000) in blood.
The stone cannot be taken out unless the WBC count goes down.

The blood test was done within hours of the pain and I am on antibiotics now.
Given that the stone may be blocking the passage of urine, would the infection ease out with the antibiotics.
If the WBC count does not improve - what will be my options then?
