Vesctomy Problem

I had a vescetomy Nov-06. The follow up tests found sperm still present. I had a 2nd vasectomy June-07. During the vasctomy, the Dr. said that the first tubes had healed properly, but that I had a secondary tube on both sides. These were both clipped. I had my 1st followup test Feb-08, and it said 'Sperm still present'. How is this possible? What else can I do?

Please Help!!!

See a different urologist. To be honest, it sounds like your Doctor doesn't know what in the hell he is doing. Vasectomys are around 99% effective from what I have read, after the first procedure. If you had a 2nd procedure done and sperm was still present 7 months after that procedure as well, he has no idea what he is doing and I would be scared to go back to him.

I would seek a 2nd opinion.
