Vibrating Penis / Groin

For the past two days there has been a persistant vibrating at the base of my penis it happens about every 3 seconds.  I notice it while I relax.  Ther is absolutly no pain elsewhere or urination or sexual problems with it.

Difficult to say without examination.  

One can consider various types of genitourinary infection - and can be evaluated with a prostatic exam as well as urine tests for STDs and a urinalysis.  

If negative, you can consider a neurology evaluation to examine for any nerve dysfunction.  

Blood tests for systemic disorders that may atpically lead to such symptoms can be consider.  This can include diabetes, b-12 deficiency or thyroid disorders.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.
