Voiding blood and blood clots with no other symptoms

I am a 36 year old female.  I voided pure blood and blood clots with no other symptoms.  I had a partial hysterectomy 2 years ago.  I had the top of my uterus removed. Went to ER.  Ultrasound showed shadowing in the bladder which indicated debris.  Cathed urine was grossly bloody.  I was sent home with Cipro and Pyridium.  My urine culture had no growth.  My UR protein was >300 and Ur blood large.  Ur leukocytge est and ur micro hpf was also high.  My white cell count was 13 and mpv 7.1. Four days later after walking for a half hour I had blood in my underwear.  Should I be concerned?  I have no other symptoms.

It isn't mentrual blood because I don't have a uterus.  I haven't had any fever.  My kidneys looked fine on the ultrasound.  I have one small spot the doctor didn't seem concerned about.

Hi,

You definitely need to have a complete pelvic workup done.

There are several causes of painless blood in urine, including glomerular disease.
How did your kidneys appear on the scan?
Have you had any other symptoms, such as fever with chills?
Are you sure that the blood in the underwear was not menstrual bleed?
A white cell count of 13,000 could be indicative of infection, so the cause of the same needs to be identified.
In the absence of any growth on culture, other causes for the bleeding need to be identified.
Please have your kidney functions assessed.
And stop any anticoagulant medication you may be on, after discussing it with your prescribing doctor.

Do post a few more details.
Regards
