WBC in urine without growth in Urine Culture

I just recently knew that I have UTI and my doctor gave me antibiotics for treatment. I took Ciprofloxaxine 2x a day for 7 days and it was not cured. I then took another med, co-amoxiclav 2x a day for 7 days-not cured. My urine culture is negative and it says there are no growth after 48hrs of cukture. I'm now taking, cefuroxime 2x a day but this will be for 3 days but it seems that everytime I take a urinalysis my WBC count increases. what is happening? and what could be the possible diagnosis?

Firstly ,what were your symptoms that warrant your evaluation?
Have you any increase in urinary frequency?
Any pain in urination?
Any lower abdominal pain?
A urinary tract infection may have been present but recent treatment of the UTI using antibiotics may result to a negative urine culture . A urinalysis with high WBC but devoid of bacteria is termed as sterile pyuria.
