Weak Ejaculation

Similar to http://www.medhelp.org/forums/urology/archive/1274.html I also have weak ejaculations, but they only seem to have happened since my vasectomy 9 years ago. Since then I have NEVER, Not once gotten "blue balls" or pressure of the testicles, yet always did before the operation. A visit to a urologist showed nothing wrong. Basically, I am a "dribbler" vs. a shooter. I am currently 45 and have had one sex partner (wife) for the last 23 years. She is satisfied with our performance but it is nowhere near as intense or "climax-related" as once was for . What could be the problem?
