Have worn on on diapers with plastic pants my whole life for bedwetting. I was allowed to stop wearing at night when I entered high school but that opened a whole new problem. I was a nightly wetter and often more than once a night so I now had to deal with mid night floods, would cover it with a couple of towels, go back to sleep and soak again. I missed my diapers and went back to wearing them for  good nights sleep. I had mixed emotions about it at this point because by age 14, being forced to wear for my bedwetting I had pretty much become a diaper lover. Because of that I have embraced putting on my diapers every night. Not until my early 30s did I have a urologist do a through, evasive, urodynamic study and discovered I had a neurological bladder, judging from my history he said it was probably since birth. I was told my condition made my bladder react like a babies and helping bedwetting “ could” be helped with surgery. I didn’t want to go under the knife for a maybe fix. My history of surgeries in my life have not been good. I am very content about it now. I always feel better going to sleep with my diaper on. I always have a mattress protector on my bed however for those occasional leaks.

I have severe IBS and wear diapers everytime I leave my house and at night because of leakage. I dont have to many issues with rashes as long as you change all the time (i wear disposables) and stay dry.
In my case I am very active so staying dry has to do more with sweating as I am not urinary inontinant.
Stay dry, change often and live life!!!!!
