Weird crator shape circle on head of the penis!

Hi, 2 days ago, i discover this crator shape circle on the head of my penis. Its very small like the size of an actual capital "O." I been doing some research on what it can possibly be and i came up with my own conclusion that it might be first stage syphilis. But am not nearly sure, and i would like to know. Its located a little to the right under the PEE hole. It burns when urine contacts the area, and when I add pressure to it.I made an appoinment to get it checked out the next day I discovered it. In the last month, I had protected sex 3 times with two different women.One of them was a virgen and the other wasnt. Those 3 times I also had oral sex. I completely stopped doing any sexual activity since i discovered it. Can you give me an idea of what might this be? Could it be possible that am allergic to the comdom? Could it be possible that harsh oral sex has to do anything with it? What i mean is that maybe not well performed oral sex might of caused this? My appointment is in 2 weeks since its a long waiting list and i would like to get an idea of what this could possibly be. I am very concern for my sex partners and myself! Thank you!
