Weird on scrotum

The past day I discovered a red ring or spot looking thing on the scrotum. It just looks like a sore red spot on the "ball sack". IT IS VERY PAINFUL if anything touches it and really hurts when i walk. Do you have any answers please?

I will have to check the Med cabinet at home and see if I still have it. I'm guessing each body will react differently but I will let you know what I have (if I still have it) I also used a boldbond fungus powder. But I didn't know what it was that I had, never went to a DR. just used whatever I could. It almost looked like ringworm if you will. But it was just a fungus rash of somekind...I never changed underwear brands or anything like that...just found a cream and powder that FINALLY worked...I'll get back to you

Hey, I have a real bad fungus rash ..like a jock itch that would not go away...try several creams till you find one that works, this rash was red and between my sac and my inner leg and hurt at times..took several weeks to get rid of and several different creams (each cream took a coupe wees til I figured it wasn't working) This might be the same thing...I work out a lot and wear a jock/cup if you d othe same this mightbe it...good luck.
