Weird symptoms
I had unprotected sex last month. I woke up 3 days later and I urinated with a lot of pain and brief blockage. It felt like my opening was blocked by a dried up fluid.I have also had clear discharge. I went to the doctor and he said gonorhea or chlamydia. Both of those came back negative.
In between this time I have had a swollen neck(not painful),off and on diarhea. I found pimples on my chest also. It seems like I am matching up with alot HIV symptoms. The doctor even suggesyed I get an HIV test. The urination was the first symptom I noticed and everything has gone downhill since. The doctor told me that you dont just get UTI'S and that its from some type of STD. I was given two doses of antibiotics and now I found a white patch in my mouth. ANOTHER symptom of HIV. Does this sound like a urinary issue affecting me all over or something much more?

id take the HIV test and then look up mengitisis and other sexually contact diesese, talk to the person who you had intercoarse with and see if she had any or came in contact with any sexually or physical diesese/ viruses
