How is your husband? If you are referring to hydrocele repair, it is the surgery done to correct the swelling of the scrotum that occurs when a hydrocele or backup of fluid is present in the testicle. The doctor usually drains the fluid after removing part of the hydrocele sac. This repair is done when he hydrocele becomes too large and causes problems with blood flow in the area and when there is also a hernia present.
Take care and best regards.
