White "Seed" in my sons skin on his penis.

There's a white " seed-like" thing by the head and shaft of my sons penis. What is it? Please help!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of the bumps. Possibilities that may need to be considered include infections, cysts, warts, papules, fordyce spots etc. I would suggest getting them evaluated by a primary care physician or a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management, if required.
