White discharge at end of urination in 8yr old boy

My 8 year old son recently broke his tibia and was prescribed hydroxyz HCL for the itching under his cast.  I gave him the dose and an hour later he was screaming and saying his penis felt weird.  We went through 2 1/2 hours of this I just assumed he was having a speeding feeling from allergy medications (I get the same thing).
The next day he woke up complaining of a stomach ache and he threw up a couple hours later.  His first morning pee was rust colored and very stronge smelling and at the end of his stream came out two long spurts of what seemed to be sperm.  I didn't think boys of age 8 produced sperm.  Later he had a fever of 101.6.  Called doctor brought him in and tested his urine, no infection.  I had them draw blood and tests came back negative.
Has anyone heard of anything like this.  He still has this discharge at the end of his peeing.  (Now been 4 days)  He does not complain of pain when he is peeing but says his penis feels weird alot especially at night.  Could this medication have stimulated his prostate??????
Please help with my questions.  Thanks

Dear S. Potts
Thanks you for your questions. I am not  sure  what is going on with your son but I don’t think the medication  is affecting his prostate.  I would make certain  infection has been ruled out with another urine culture and urinalysis if the discharge persist. Good luck and keep us informed.
More individualized care is available at the Henry Ford Hospital and its urban campuses by calling  (1 800 653 6568). We can also arrange local accommodations through this number if this is your need. Please bring any physicians’ notes and lab test results that you  may be able to obtain. These will help us greatly.
