Do you also feel the urge to pass urine more frequently? Any pain over the lower abdomen?
It appears likely that you may have a urinary tract infection.
You will need to consult a physician at the earliest and be prescribed a course of antibiotics.
Meantime, you can follow a few simple measures for pain relief:
Take tylenol every 6 hours.
Drink at least 2000cc (8 glasses) of liquids per day.
Start taking ascorbic acid 1000mg (Vitamin C) to acidify your urine.
Do not try to hold your pee. Relieve yourself as soon as you feel the urge.
Drink cranberry juice.

It burns when i pee, i realized this about 3-4 days after i had unprotected sex. I was wondering what it could be. There are no swelling or redness, it just feels like im pissing razorblades at the tip of my penis.
