Why is my creatinine elevated, moderately low GFR, and normal BUN?

I am a 30 year old female.  Considerably healthy.  I recently had a baby 4 months ago and was tested on 1/5 and 2/9.  My creatinine the first time was 1.1; 1.0 the second time.  BUN absolutely normal both times.  GFR was 58 the first time and 65 the second time.  I had an ultrasound of my kidneys and bladder.  All normal.  No hydronephrosis.  I was told I may have CKD, but no problems with BP and not diabetic.  No genetic kidney disorders in my family.  No protein or ketones in urine either.  I am confused.  My doctor is not offering advice and I have to wait on my referral to Nephrologist for a few months.  Any ideas?  I am also asymptomatic.
