Wounded Skin on the tip of Penis

I am not circumsized. The damage is Right on the tip of the penis where the skin covers the head. When I pull it back, Number one it hurts, I used to be able to pull it back all the way and now it hurts and i have a trouble pulling it forward whenever i clean in the shower. #2 there is like 2 or 3, looks like cuts right on the skin on the tip, that i can see it only if i pull it back slightly, It's not on the bottom, it is on the top of the penis. Now i had unprotected sex with a stripper and i don't know whythis wound won't go away, it's been 4 months and it still hasn't healed. I've tried not to masturbate or pull the skin back for a couple of days and it still appears. I took a male enhancement 4 months ago but i only took one pill and threw the package away because i was scared to finish the rest. (in case i would come across complications in the future). Should i be worried? I have not seen a urologist but i would like to see what a doctor from this website thinks before i proceed to the next step.

What could have caused this inflammation?

It sounds as if you have an inflammation that has resulted in scarring of your foreskin. This has caused some narrowing of the leading edge and resulted in the difficulty that you describe with retraction. Either the inflammation has to be eliminated or you will need to have a circumcision. (which you may need anyway at this point). It is important that you retract the skin and wash beneath it  (on its underside) daily in order to avoid infections and odor. Wash the soap off well after cleaning.
The non-healing sores on your penis are another issue. You need to be examined by a dermatologist or urologist and should certainly not have sex (including oral/vaginal) without a condom until you get  a diagnosis and get treated. This could be serious.
