First developed all above symptoms last year with the possible exception of yellowish ejaculate and irritated uretha during 6-yr period of monogamy, both clean (definite), and was treated as for yeast infection with women's yeast cream for two weeks. Recurred once since then.
Skin on tip of penis is now very often dry (possibly from cream applications?) and can flake when rubbed horizontally when erect.
Since then had one sexual encounter in February, and one two weeks ago. Symptoms began two days after second sexual encounter. Second sexual encounter consisted solely of recieving oral sex.

Bearing in mind that is is not medical advice, and that I have taken an STD test for all the stuff that you can be tested for while asymptomatic (the results have not come back yet), what might there be that should I be especially be aware of or inquire further about?
Will be seeing doctor again early next week and can arrange to see urologist.
