Yellow Stuff on my Undies?

Hi, lately I've been noticing yellow, somewhat brown but mostly yellow, wet stuff on my underwear? What does that mean? It's not thick, it's actually really wet and I'm just nervous about what it is? Oh, by the way, I don't wipe after I pee also! And yes, I've started my period too.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Yellow discharge can be due to normal physiological discharge, cervicitis or vaginitis or genital infections like trichomoniasis if the discharge is foul smelling. Since you have recently started with your periods, it is normal to notice such discharge due to hormonal changes. But if it becomes foul smelling then please get a swab sample done from a gynecologist.

I hope this helps. Take care and regards.
