Zoloft & Premature Ejaculation Help with side effects

I just started taking 100mg of zoloft to counteract premature ejaculation. i am having some interesting side effects, most of which i can deal with. however the constant tremors are bothering me. i just started the zoloft 3 days ago so i am hoping that the effects will fade over time. has anyone else had these problems? what can i do to stop the tremors.
