Dear Del,
What you describe is a normal phenomenon.  Alcohol causes a diuresis by inhibiting the hormone ADH (anti-diuretic hormone), and therefore you experience a brisk diuresis (production of urine) within 2 hours of drinking beer.  This may explain the pressure sensation in your bladder after intercourse.  The normal physiology of erections and ejaculation involves closure of the bladder neck due to the sympathetic nerve fibers that are also responsible for ejaculation.  When one ejaculates, the bladder neck closes so that the semen does not go backwards into the bladder.  This closure of the bladder neck will also make it difficult to urinate.  I hope this answers you question.  Wish you the best.
