anal cancer in tens?

I'm 16 years old, and after hearing what happened to Farrah, I'm worried about myself
I have pain and itcing around the anal area, and there appears to be what looks like extra skin around the anal hole..
It's kind of freaking me out, and it's REALLY akward. Before I go to the doctor and look like a hypochondriac, I want to get some other oppinions... Does this sound like it could be anal cancer? Or, what else could it be?
There is no bleeding, what I listed above are the only symptoms.
The trouble with having this problem is, I'm 16, and I'd have to tell my parents the problem, so it couldnt be private.
What else could it be, if anything at all?
