Thank you. I have had the CT with and without contrast earlier today which reflected that there was the kidney stone..but they indicate it isn't consistent with the pain. And it doesn't explain the urinalysis being "crammed" with red blood cells. They were able to rule out and infection. They ruled out any absess from the surgery..they have no idea why I still have the pain and there is so much blood in the urine. I just don't know what the urologist will be lookng for or what, if not kidney stones or cysts, could cause this pain..they stated it couldn't be the kidney stone because it is still in the kidney. the pain is approximately where my ovary was and the back pain is just above the waist. Thank you for taking the time to consult.
Hello,
Since you had got your right ovary removed due to torsion of the ovary due to a cyst and now you are having right lower abdominal pain which is tender to touch, so chances of any hemoperitoneum or adhesion formation needs to be ruled out. Kidney stones can also cause such a pain. In addition, although less likely, inflammation of the organs present in the pelvis, pelvic adhesions, vaginal infections, bladder problems, irritable bowel syndrome, uterine fibroids and pelvic inflammatory diseases (PID) also need to be ruled out.
I suggest you to consult your gynecologist and get an ultrasound / CT scan done to confirm the diagnosis.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
