any advice

I am a 41yo male who has recurrent UTI's during last 3 months. I havd had 6 infections. I am currently on Norfloxacin for 4 weeks. Also had a cystoscopy which has shown no signs of tumor.
I have an elarged bladder wall and apparently my Bladder is more consistent with someone who is 50 years older then me. Anhone have any advice ?
