ask for proper digonesis

I am 55 year old female.
Symptoms : 1) Blood in my urine. 2) Terrific Pain at the time when blood in my urine. 3) Constant feeling of having to urine. 4) the colour is normal color of blood. 5) some blood clots come in. 6) it happend from past 3 years and ONE and TWO times in every year.
Doctors remarks and Test : on 26.5.07
Alredy done USG and LYSTOSCOPY but result is negetave.
Lystoscopy result :
1) Introduction - easy
2) bladder capacity - adeqnate
3) No trabeculation / Sacanls
4) No Tumor seen in anywhere
So Doctor does not find out the proper cause and today 02.8.2008 the same problem face.
Medicine precibed by doctors for SOS :
DICYNENE 500 ( Etamsylate tab 500 mg)
After taking the drug i am going to normal position within 1 or 2 hours.
If possible please suggest me proper tratment and the name of diseases as early
