because of over masturbation after urinating I don't feel as if the bladder is empty, but no more pee comes out either. should I see a doctor? Is there any treatment?

Feeling of incomplete bladder evacuation could occur due to a few causes such as GU infections/ inflammations, trauma, neuro-muscular causes etc. If there are no other symptoms, I would suggest taking plenty of fluids for a few days. If the symptoms persist beyond 1-2 weeks, you may consider an evaluation by a primary care physician or a urologist to look for possible secondary issues and for appropriate management.
