bed wetting

bed wetting

I am a 48 year old female. I have had 2 back surgeries and now the S1 is bulging and impinging a nerve. I have lots of back pain with leg pain, right worse than left. I am now going through the pain management and getting injections. I have had 2 and right now it seems to help, for how long, I don't know.

New problem: Over the last month I have wetted the bed 4 times. It seemed to stop for a week or two, but I am now wetting again. Last night I did catch it before it was a full bed wetting. Although I wet on myself going to the bathroom.
I have no pain. I do go frequently during the day. I have no bladder pressure. And I do drink a lot of water.

Any suggestions would greatly help

Just came across this article:

"Finally, I read in a book that bedwetting at a late age may be caused by weak bladder muscles and to use Free Form Amino Acids to help strengthen the bladder muscles and to use Magnesium to help avoid spasms."
