bell clapper deformity and chronic pelvic pain

Hello, since 8 years ago I have groin pain. In all these years before several times visiting urologists I realized that I have a "bell clapper deformity" or the epididymis and the tunica vaginalis loosened from the testis, I have a cyste in the head of the epididymis.  I have pain in the prostate, specially after ejaculate and also after ejaculate so many times I have bowel movements and after go to the toilet I can apreciate tranparent anal secretions that looks like prostatic secretions or seminal fluid leaking from the anus. I have pain in the vas deferens like if something is obstructing, specially in the right side. I would like to recover the health that I had before the accident that I suffered 8 years ago.      Maybe someone can help me with knowledge or recomend me an expert who really knows about my bizarre condition. The antibiotics, pain killers and other medicines did not help, the analysis never reveal something relevant (Maybe I should find more specific analysis). My life is destroyed since I have all these things, I can't do a normal life. I really need help, researches and knowledge about what can I do. My english is not perfect, I'm sorry about it.
