bended penis

Hi, I am a 22 year old guy and I have a problem with my penis. It is bended downwards like a banana at about 70 degrees.I have seen doctors and they told me that my corpus spongiosum is too short for the rest of my penis. I was born this way and I am really embarresed about it. They do not want to operate telling me it is to dangerous..but this probleme is not just phisically to me..it is getting me down emotionally.What can I do about this..my penis slips out easily when I have sex due to its shape. And I struggel to penetrate. Is this op really that dangerous?
