A doctor told me that it looked like shingles, but never gave me treatment, because he said it would probably go away, and it did. However, it has returned, and now on both sides of my legs, the spotsBirthmarks - pigmented Liver spots Measles, koplik spots - close-up Mongolian blue spots mirroring eachother. Is this shingles again? If so, will it go away? I fearFears and phobias it might spread to other areas, but not sure if I should panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia yet.
