After participating in a sexually activity i noticed these black spots on the top of my penis. This is the first time i have ever noticed them before. Should i be worried or will they go away?

Hi

Dark or black spots on the penis can be due to simple freckles, fungal lesions, infection of sebaceous glands, Fordyce spots (abnormally dilated blood vessels, covered by thickened skin), psoriasis, warts, or a STD.
It is difficult to comment beyond this without examining. Please consult your doctor. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted.
