bladder problems

have had prostate cancer two yrs ago seed implants done aug 06. had sepsis two weeks later. in hospital for two weeks during this time i was unable to void. wore catheter for two months. then pubic catheter was put in, wore pubic catheter from nov 06 to june 07 at that time turp operation was done. since then catheter in an out. leak big time and then for no reason unable to void. cathetrize self three or four times a day. is there help for me.
