Why would I have blood clots after I urinate.  It is painfull after I am done.
But I got worried when I started having small blood clots only after I urinate.

Blood clots after you urinate but definitely coming from your urethra as well as pain after you void (in the urethra, I'll assume) could be due to a problem in your urethra or possibly a stone in a ureter. I think that you should be seen by a urologist to help sort this out. Not every symptom is from the textbook and a diagnosis really needs a hands-on approach.
